Community- We give back to the community we serve in.

Results- We are here to make sure our patients achieve the best results as quickly as possible.

Responsibility- We are dedicated to help people of all ages live an active and healthy life pain-free.

Fun- We encourage a fun and upbeat environment that leads to employees who actually want to come to work and patients that don’t want to leave.

Our Story:

406 Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapies story began in 2022 when Dr. Jodi Oakland decided to return to Richland County where she was born and raised. She wanted to give back to her community by opening up a Physical Therapy clinic that not only provided excellent service but was also a great place to work.

Jodi earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in 2016. She worked with populations including military personnel and college athletes during her contract work. This is when the spark for Orthopedic & Sports Medicine came into play, now she is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments for all ages.
